Full Job Description

The Cash Operations Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Cash Operations team & aid the Cash Operations Manager, covering both EMEA & Americas regions across SAP & Oracle, key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with our outsource partner
  • Assisting the team with the management of open reconciling items
  • Reviewing the Month End bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of the month end master reconciliation tracker
  • Providing support to the group treasury function
  • Bank Platform administration
  • Help drive continuous improvement to Cash Ops processes
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to the Cash Operations Manager

    Experience we're looking for:
  • Ideally would have previous experience managing a small team in a senior / supervisory role
  • Strong excel Knowledge
  • Previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Highly adaptable to change
  • Strong communication skill
  • Ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time sensitive environment
  • Previous working knowledge of banking platforms
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions advantageous
