Full Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and love working with numbers? We're looking for a dedicated Cash Office Assistant to manage our financial transactions and ensure smooth operations. As part of our team, you'll handle daily cash flow, prepare reports, and support other duties with precision and integrity.

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Cash office Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and to be able to provide 5 years of worth of references and undergo a criminal record check in line with Airport Security Regulations.

  • Please note, previous experience in a similar role is required.

  • Excellent organisation abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • IT and administration skills with the ability to work with numbers.

  • Be flexible within the business hours.

  • Maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales, able to switch priorities to meet the daily requirements.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excel, training provided for all relevant computer systems.
