Full Job Description
We have a vacancy for a Surveillance Officer based in our Mayfair casino. Surveillance training will be given in-house, but to be successful the candidate must have proven surveillance experience working for a casino.
The role involves surveillance work for LesA Club, LesA Online and the wider Ambassadeurs Group, ensuring that the company has a well-developed compliance culture and maintains its best-in-class standards.
The main responsibilities include:
- Game integrity and table gaming auditing
- Premise Security and Asset protection
- Cash desk oversight and count auditing
- Analytical reporting of players and table gaming
- Liaising with management in dispute resolution
- Submitting clear and concise incident and game protection reports
- Maintenance of Security systems
- Detailed investigations and investigation reporting
- Customer Due diligence screening
Proven experience as a Casino Surveillance Officer - Personal License issued by the UK Gambling Commission
- Evidence of successfully dealing with incidents and investigations
- Exceptional knowledge of all casino games and of game protection issues
- Analytical abilities and the ability to innovate and provide solutions for the business
- Flexibility and the willingness to work according to business needs
- A positive and self-motivated attitude to work and willingness to learn
The successful candidate will be required to work various shifts and combination of shifts averaging 42 hours per week (primarily 12-hour shifts).
