Casting Operator (Wax)

Main Activities:

• Ensure all EH&S policies are followed;
• Ensure all quality processes are followed such as process releases and SOP's;
• Adhere to all Arconic Business Systems such as daily management boards, 5's and TPM;
• Participate in problem solving and improvement activities.
  
  The successful applicant must be capable of working in a synchronized way within a small team. They will be proactive and have the ability to foresee problems that may affect production, be organized and be analytically accurate. Training will be provided for successful candidates to evolve into higher grades.
The successful applicant must have one or more of the skills and experience in the Wax department (Runners, Core Prep, Injection, Gauge, Cells, Inspection).
