Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Producer, as Casting Producer you'll be responsible for researching original, inspiring real life stories that will feature in our hit series and resonate with Truly's passionate audiences across every platform. You'll be sourcing and researching original, inspiring real life stories to pitch to Senior Producer on a weekly basis, setting up approved pitches with the Video Producer to book in shoots to hit tight schedules, developing bigger story ideas with the Senior Producer and Video Producer on a weekly basis and managing contributors and being across duty of care protocols.

  • A passion for casting and pitching, previously untold amazing true stories
  • An understanding of different social media platforms' content and audience and a general passion for social media
  • Strong organisational and communications skills
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of duty of care protocols
