Full Job Description

Beaumanor Activities offer exciting outdoor educational programmes on a day visit and residential basis. Activities include canoeing, climbing, high ropes, archery, orienteering, bushcraft, and team building. As an Outdoor Activities Leader, you will lead on a range of these activities, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard to encourage repeat business. You will also be required to ensure that health and safety requirements are adhered to during activities and to maintain, improve and report on curriculum resources. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.   • Have a good standard of education.
  • Have relevant experience of instructing/teaching and working with young people.
  • Have an interest in learning outside of the classroom.

  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
  • Be able to display a professional attitude and the ability to remain calm and rational under pressure.
