Casual Administrator

As a casual Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our Christmas parties and events. You will assist with the coordination of administrative tasks before, during, and after each event, providing essential support to the event management team., Assist in the planning and preparation of Christmas parties and events.
Handle event-related inquiries from clients and suppliers via email and phone.
Maintain and update event schedules and other documentation.
Provide on-the-day support.
Manage ticket sales, and seating arrangements.
Upsell drinks packages and extras for the event.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
The person we are looking for as Sales Administrator has….

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in event administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the Christmas period.
