Our Casual Hotel Lobby Ambassador takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Casual Hotel Lobby Ambassador makes transactions feel like part of the experience. No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Casual Hotel Lobby Ambassadors to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time. Responsibilities: Here's what your main duties include: Guest Reception and Greeting:

  • Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all arriving guests. Offer immediate assistance by guiding them to the front desk, providing refreshments, or addressing any inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
  • Assisting with Guest Requests:
  • Attend to guest queries about hotel services, local attractions, and events. Serve as a primary contact point to cater to guest needs and ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.
  • Lobby Appearance and Ambience:
  • Maintain the lobby in impeccable condition, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold the space's pristine state.
  • Concierge Support:
  • Provide supplementary concierge services such as arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and offering directions or recommendations for local activities.
  • Coordination with Other Departments:
  • Establish communication with various hotel departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to efficiently and professionally meet all guest requirements.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues, escalating matters to management if necessary, while prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Guest Awareness:
  • Monitoring guest activity in the lobby to ensure a secure and hospitable environment. Respond promptly to any need of the guest.
  • Delivery of our hotel's History Tour Other:
  • Complying with the policies and procedures of Marriott International Hotels Limited
  • Supporting all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
  • Protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
  • Reporting work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to Manager/Supervisor.
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Managers.
