Full Job Description

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Kitchen Assistants to join our casual team at Anfield Stadium. Working in our state-of-the-art kitchens alongside our highly experienced and creative chefs. What will you be doing?

  • Basic food preparation.
  • Unloading and putting away deliveries.
  • Emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.
  • Deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards.
  • Washing up, ensuring that all items used in the restaurant by our customers are cleaned and made ready for the following match using automated dishwashers.
  • Portering: ensuring each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match.

We are looking for applicants who have experience working in a fast-faced environment, have awareness of manual handling techniques, and some experience of kitchen equipment. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar is required.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
