Full Job Description

Calderdale Sports Services operate four facilities: Sowerby Bridge, Brighouse and Todmorden Sports Centres, and the Shay Stadium.

The service ensures the effective, efficient and safe operation of the Sports facilities, to provide the highest standards of customer Service and to satisfy the requirements of the Organisations Policies, Procedures, and Service Operating Plans.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to assist in the day-to-day operation of the facility.

Assist with security monitoring in and around the building.

Ability to work using your own initiative, solving problems and making decisions.

This post requires a high level of emphasis upon customer care and membership retention.

Ability to record information.

An RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential.

Demonstrable customer service skills; being able and willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
