• Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
• Deliver or collect any guest's packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
• Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labeled and stored neatly.
