Full Job Description
- To thoroughly understand Four Seasons' quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them.
- To communicate effectively with the Kitchen through regular contact before, during and after service.
- To ensure a clean, stocked station for the smooth running of assigned station.
- To prepare appropriate mise-en-place for Restaurant.
- To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner.
- To serve bar snacks according to correct service procedures.
