Full Job Description

Lea Court Independent Hospital is a 26 bed Independent Hospital in Dallam, Warrington that supports people with mental health problems who have been assessed as having the potential to improve their level of functioning and
independence. We are a mixed gender unit and offer a range of treatment and
therapies to enable people to move along their recovery journey. We employ a range of roles including Nurse therapists, Occupational Therapists and Support Workers with knowledge and skills to ensure service users receive individualised rehabilitation programmes to achieve their goals and positive outcomes.

Nurses at Lea Court are trained in encouraging people we support along their
catered rehabilitation pathway whilst working with dedicated therapy staff in the
delivery of interventions to bring each person back to a position where they can
establish themselves in the community. This is a truly fantastic package and with that we request that all RMNs we recruit are flexible to new ideas and are willing to work with the rest of the team including therapists and work on a of long days, nights and weekends.

We are looking for an RMN to join our experienced team. Someone who is enthusiastic and imaginative in their care delivery and who enjoys working as part of a MDT with a common goal.

You should enjoy mentoring junior staff and being a key nurse for a dedicated set of patients. You must also be flexible in your working patterns which include long days, including weekends and rotation to nights.

As well as working within a great team and within a great culture, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from £16.83 - £20.58 per hour dependent upon experience as well as an annual holiday allowance of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.

Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours -

£32,909 per annum (£16.83 per hour) - As a preceptorship nurse

£35,353 per annum (£18.08 per hour) - At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship experience

£40,241 per annum (£20.58 per hour) - For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience
