Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint Casual Residential Support Workers to assist in supporting young people with their emotional, physical, social, education and leisure needs, as well as becoming a positive role model working part of a team in supporting & caring for our young people.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate at multiple levels and build positive relationships with young people, working in close support with other team members, families and other professionals., You will also need to have IT skills to be able to maintain records and have a flexible approach and be available to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and school and public holidays.

No Experience required as training and support will be provided.
