Casual Sous Chef

Since our re-opening, we have been growing and developing our offer and services and therefore we have an exciting opportunity to offer an experienced sous chef to join our team on a casual basis. We cater for a wide range of events from weddings to conferences, galas and concerts in addition to running our own in-house restaurant.

We are looking to employee a casual sous chef, who is passionate for fresh food and knows current food trends. It is essential that you take pride in every plate served and work to a very high standard.

Leadership is a key part of this role, helping the executive chef operate a fast pace & smooth operation 7 days a week and we are looking for somebody who has a proven background working in large events, weddings and restaurant service.

Our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, calm under pressure, organised and be able to demonstrate exceptional culinary skills.
