  • Supporting our 8 customers with diverse Mental Health diagnoses
  • There is plenty for you to do and get involved in, from escorting customers to appointments to liaising with care teams, empowering our customers to engage in their support planning and recovery.

  • You'll have experience of supporting vulnerable people
  • You have a positive "can do" attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
  • You'll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.

  • Flexible working hours
  • Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
  • You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
