Full Job Description

We are looking for passionate and proactive casual support workers to join our team in the children's home and short breaks service at Beaulieu House. This rewarding role involves supporting children with behaviours that challenge and complex medical needs to achieve their full potential. This position is casual and flexible, you can accept shifts around your lifestyle and commitments. You will need to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team. You will need to have skills to support children with communication difficulties and use a range of communication tools. We are looking to recruit similarly minded, hard-working team members, who share our goals and aspirations and actively work to help us achieve them. Beaulieu House is a children's home and short breaks service for children with disabilities located in Newport Isle of Wight. Our recent Ofsted inspection graded us as 'Good'. Ofsted reported that 'The children are treated with dignity and respect. They are not disadvantaged or socially isolated. Their differences are embraced and celebrated, and they feel free to express their individuality without fear or judgement.
