Category Assistant - Beauty

We're seeking a Category Assistant to join our Gifts and Beauty team which covers brands and product types across Personal Care, Gifts, Beauty and Fragrance. This is a really exciting time for our Beauty category as we are focusing on a new strategy and your role will be pivotal in curating a credible assortment that our customers love with relevant brand onboarding and dedicated Beauty marketing plans. You would work with large well known brands such as Dyson, GHD, Elemis and Marc Jacobs. Collaborating with them to drive brand strategies and forge impactful partnerships. About the role:

• Lead the end to end product set up, through to go live and trading.
• Creating line level product forecasts and order requirements in response to performance and stock holding to maximise both availability and stock efficiency.
• Manage stock through critical path management, progression and replenishment whilst identifying where price/promotional activity is required.
• Acts on pricing tools (i.e. revionics) to find matches and make pricing recommendations.
• May be involved in sourcing new suppliers or brands with ownership of range building, through forecasting, trading and promo activity.
