Full Job Description

The applicant we are looking for is commercial and creative, with the ability to develop plans that exceed our customers' expectations and our financial targets. Able to work with a cross functional team to deliver goals excellently and enjoyably. The Commercial Executive is far broader than the typical commercial role, interacting with more teams and working across a variety of projects, reporting into the Commercial Manager.

  • Day to day management and tracking to deliver the account financial targets
  • Maximise commercial value: excellence in execution and ongoing analysis of the plan to improve commercial return.
  • An understanding of the industry and the category using insight to improve commercial plans
  • Provide key information and analysis to help develop commercial strategy and implement strategic choices through prioritisation of activity.
  • Expert in commercial and marketing process, delivering inputs to all necessary deadlines
  • You understand your Brand & Retailer (people, culture, strategy) and champion the needs of the retailer within the business.
  • You will have productive relationships both internally and externally with your key counterparts
  • You deliver the plan flawlessly and with a focus on operational excellence whilst adapting where needed
  • You support all our commercial processes and ensure best practice

    Passion for the health & beauty industry, specifically the growth Skincare category.
  • Communicates effectively, delivering impactful presentations.
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to influence others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage working in a highly matrixed organisation.
  • Strong Excel, numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Committed to delivering results and goes after continual improvement and out performance., Previous experience working within a retailer.
  • Experience presenting to multiple team members both internally and externally
  • Outgoing - this is a people-centric role.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry
  • Focused on career development within the trading function.
