Our commercial teams are a vital part of the business who work at pace and front facing out to our customers daily, they work with the larger technical team to ensure quality and expertise are delivered to the retailers. It is a fast-paced environment, which can offer excellent career development opportunities and exposure to working within one of the fastest paced departments within G's Fresh. We are looking to recruit a Category Executive who will be integral in playing an active role in the commercial end to end functions within G's Fresh Mushrooms operations. You will be supporting the Commercial Category Manager and lead the day-to-day management of customer accounts, by promoting, developing, and maintaining good working relationships with all customers & suppliers. Key Responsibilities Effectively lead and communicate customer needs with other stakeholders both internally & externally to ensure raw material planning fits requirements. Drive project workstreams for customers and the business, provide updated and review achievements and success with tangible measures. Monitor and plan daily and weekly sale forecasts for your customers, ensuring operational effectiveness and service levels are maintained.  Support the Category Manager with longer-term sales forecasts and budgets Liaise and work closely with the wider Commercial team to cover the day-to-day decision making based on challenges and or changes to supply or sales. Support Procurement Manager in management of Polish and UK supply versus sales ensuring no gaps in supply. Help to deliver key targets, such as packing at source, directs and volume growth. Use power BI and consumer insight data to help drive growth and robust decision making Attend customer meetings and briefings, host visits and present information as required. Help prepare & collate information for the weekly sales and operational planning meetings.  Ensuring promotional or seasonal changes are included. Candidate Requirements: Excellent excel and MS office skills, experience with Power BI beneficial. Self-starter. Good attention to detail. Enthusiastic and a team player Good communication both written and verbal Flexible approach Ambitious and keen to develop.
