Full Job Description

  • Ensure contract is compliant and run commercially
  • Adherence to all client and company Policies
  • Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI's, identify and help develop continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Training and development of all employees
  • Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies
  • Attend and present at regular client meetings
  • Lead on monthly business review stakeholder meetings
  • Drive each site to deliver meaningful feedback using the DWMYS platform - target 10% site population monthly

    2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager
  • Previous multi-site contract catering background
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships essential
  • Strong Catering background essential
  • Ability to drive and retain business
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
  • Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements
  • Clean driving license and access to a vehicle.

    Catering Account Manager Up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)Due to the close proximity of the sites, a Company Car is not offered as part of this role.
  • This role will oversee 1 client contract across Doncaster, Rotherham and Pontefract to provide exceptional Foodservice solutions to our clients that exceeds customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. You will be expected to ensure all sites are meeting KPIs agreed with the client, develop and lead a large team with 12 direct reports within this contract to continue to build high performing teams and build a succession plan.
