Manage and maintain our catering systems, ensuring accurate menu updates, pricing, and allergen information.
Generate and analyse insightful reports to optimise our operations.
Support staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Assist with food safety and quality assurance initiatives, including HACCP compliance and inventory management.
Provide essential administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
Offer on-site support and training to school catering staff.

Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in IT systems, including data entry and report generation
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (reimbursement provided)
