Catering Apprentice

Northampton College are seeking a Catering Apprentice on behalf a company in Northamptonshire to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and culinary arts, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and guest services. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of dishes
• Coordinate with customers to meet their needs and preferences
• Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to during all stages of food handling and preparation
• Set up catering stations, including arranging decorations and table settings
• Provide bartending services as required, serving beverages to guests
• Assist with event setup and cleanup to ensure a smooth catering experience for clients
  
  Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is desirable not essential
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service to guests
