Catering Assistant

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Catering Assistant on a part time basis based in Norfolk.

We are looking for an individual who can work well as a team, has good interpersonal and customer service skills and with their knowledge of food hygiene can ensure all food is handled, stored, prepared and cooked in accordance with good practice, ensuring that all Legislation regarding food safety and hygiene is observed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve daily meals, snacks, and beverages.
Adhere to approved delivery schedules for all food and drinks.
Maintain high food hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Ensure food presentation, portion control, temperature, and quality meet standards.
Dispose of catering waste per departmental policies.
Receive goods deliveries following proper procedures.
Perform assigned cleaning tasks using provided checklists and training.
