Providing a warm welcome and friendly efficient service to all our visitors.
Taking visitors orders, operating the tills, and taking payments.
Serving hot and cold food and drinks to our visitors.
Taking and making up ice-cream orders.
Supporting the Senior Management to respond to customer demand and flows across the site.
Barista trained; as will be making a multitude of hot drinks in the food barn, catering kiosks and farm shop.
Running hot food, doing pot-wash.
Tidy and cleaning tables and floors in customer areas in the food barn and catering kiosks.
Food Hygiene and Allergen compliance at all times.
Happy to work within the zoo's gift shop and farm shop as required (both from part of the Catering & Retail team).

Must be able to get to this rural location.
