Catering Assistant

You will be assisting the kitchen manager with all kitchen duties; kitchen porter duties may also be expected. Main duties include:

• Food prep
• Food service
• Basic cooking
• Cleaning all food stations
• Pot washing
• Ensuring all food stock is in date and meeting health and safety regulations
