Catering Assistant

Job Purpose -To assist with the preparation, presentation and sale of food and beverages in refectory or coffee shop units on Grŵp Llandrillo Menai sites. Clearing and cleaning of the kitchen and associated eating areas to the standards required by the management is also expected. Compliance with all Health, Safety, HACCP, Food Safety and other legal requirements is essential.
