Catering Assistant - 18.75 hours per week

The Nottingham Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) is one of the largest 3-19 schools in the country, with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision. Previous catering/cooking experience and will be expected to assist in preparing and cooking daily menu items following the government nutritional guidelines.

Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.

Have an NVQ 2 in Food production or be willing to work towards this.

Have knowledge of Government Nutritional Guidelines and Allergy Awareness.
