Catering Assistant - Clyst Hydon (with driving)

South West Norse is the successful service partnership between Devon County Council and Norse Group, delivery a range of essential facilities management services to a growing number of clients in the region. We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join the team based at Clyst Hydon Primary School. We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance. This is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis. As part of the role, you will be responsible for collecting meals from St Martins Primary School and delivering and serving meals at Clyst Hydon Primary, then returning to St Martins after service. It is therefore it is essential you hold a Full UK Driving Licence for the role and have access to a vehicle.

• Experience within a catering or dining environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Great communication skills
• Good attention to detail whilst delivering an excellent customer service
