Catering Assistant - Monday - Friday - London

o Assist in the preparation of food as per daily menu requirements. o Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. o Ensure food presentation is of high quality and adheres to health and safety standards.

• Customer Service:
o Provide excellent customer service to all staff and visitors. o Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. o Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and inviting.
• ByteBuffet System Management:
o Oversee the use of the ByteBuffet tapping system during lunch service. o Ensure that all members of staff properly tap in to account for their meals. o Provide assistance and guidance to staff unfamiliar with the ByteBuffet system. o Monitor and report any issues with the ByteBuffet system to the appropriate personnel.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas. o Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. o Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
