Full Job Description
We have available post working within the Skyline restaurant kitchen, ensuring that we provide an excellent food and cleanliness of the back of house operation.,
- Cleaning duties of BOH kitchen area.
- Using main dishwasher to clean kitchen crockery.
- Support retail staff in preparation of day to day running of the outlet.
- Support in transferring stocks to the retail outlet.
- Communicate the requirements to the catering department.
