Catering General Manager

We are still recruiting for a very experienced restaurant manager in a beautiful site in Bury St Edmonds - West Suffolk

Are you an experienced restaurant manager who has a good understanding of branded a la carte restaurants.,

• Passionate about the hospitality industry


• Must be flexible regards to working hours


• Agreeing and managing budgets.


• Creating staffing rotas.


• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.


• Promoting and marketing the business.


• It would be to your advantage if you have experience working in a busy and branded a la carte restaurant environment.


• Making sure that your guests get the best service and food that they deserve


• Excellent communication skills.


• Good understanding of P&L accounts


• The ability to increase sales with the assistance of our team
  
  £36000k to £42000k per annum including guaranteed service charge


• Plus quarterly bonus scheme
