• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Assisting guests with any problems or needs.

  We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Host to join us at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow.

You'll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You'll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together! • Mixed shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30), middle and late (13:30-23:00)
