Catering Manager

The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service is maintained at all times.

The role will be based at Haslam Park primary school and will be 32.5 hours per week term-time only.

Great practical skills are essential for this hands-on role. You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, experienced with cooking for large numbers, and ideally have a school catering background with an understanding of portion control, budgets and ordering.
