Full Job Description

37.5 Hours Per Week

We are looking to recruit hardworking, enthusiastic individuals to join our Catering Team based at Fieldhead Hospital.

The successful post holder will be required to lead and manage the delivery of high quality food to service users, staff and visitors. You will have management responsibility for catering staff, the catering budget and be an authorising signatory.

The post holder will be required to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and you will be able to use your initiative to prioritise and organise daily duties. You will have the ability to liaise with various stakeholders in relation to advice and issues when required.

You will maintain a professional approach and produce and implement catering policies., You will manage the team to provide safe and nutritious meal service to service users, staff and visitors.

You will plan and deliver catering services and formulate and adjust menus/plans when required.
