Are you a dynamic Catering Manager looking for a unique and rewarding challenge? We are seeking a motivated professional to take charge of operational management and the financial performance of a large, multi-kitchen prison unit, including overseeing prisoner catering services and a staff coffee shop.,
- Oversee operations, finances, and stock; collaborate with Head Chef.
- Manage prisoner catering and staff café; ensure compliance.
- Boost customer service and sales with marketing tools.
- Implement new products, menus, and procedures.
- Build supplier relationships; maximize returns.
- Handle daily paperwork, inventory, and reporting.
