Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering team. As an experienced Catering professional with supervisory experience in high volume environments, you will be quality-focused and be able to work on your own initiative. You will develop and maintain a high-quality catering service which meets the needs of the pupils and school, ensuring high catering standards are achieved and maintained. You will Create menus/meals which meet the School Food Standards, satisfy the school's drive towards healthy eating, and enhance the children's desire to eat, explore and enjoy food.

Proven experience in a quality catering environments - Excellent people skills, able to develop a team - Passion about food and customer service - Superb culinary skills - High standards and be quality driven - Excellent organizational & communication skills - A 'Can do' attitude,

  • An enhanced DBS check with children/adults barred list check will be required.
  • Commitment to undertaking any in-house training and development
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • GCSE's Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
