Full Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the working environment within the Catering department., Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the working environment withinthe Catering department., MANAGEMENT: To deputise in the absence of the Hotel Services Manager in order toprovide an efficient and high quality service. Responsible for the supervision of all junior staff within the Cateringdepartment on a daily basis. Responsible for authorisation of clock cards and time sheets, liaising withthe Payroll dept in respect of any welfare/salary queries/complaints. Responsible for the compilation of monthly turnaround documents andforwarding to the Payroll department for processing.

At SSL, we work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT), to deliver facilities management, transport and other support services to over 50 sites across the West Midlands. Our team keeps expanding and since our establishment, in 2012, we have grown rapidly though the acquisition of new sites and services.
