Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Multi Drop Catering Stores Person to be a part of our team at HMP Parc & YOI, Bridgend, CF35 6AP,
- Taking in and organising deliveries
- Collecting food trolleys
- Maintaining delivery area
- Delivering meals around the outskirts of the prison (CAT C1 required)
- Working with the kitchen in a team to assist in the delivery of meals 3 times a day
- Ensuring stock rotation and using the FIFO method
We are seeking a dynamic Stores Person to deliver meals around the outskirts of the prison at HMC Parc. The ideal candidate will be motivated and a genuine people person., Cat C1 Driving license (may have grandad rights, check the back of your driving license for a date) Full DBS and HMPPS vetting is required, candidate can have no prior criminal record, however can start the role before all is cleared. Somewhat physically fit to push hot food trollies onto a tail lift of a 7.5 tonne lorry. Positive, eager attitude and a great team player - £12.50 per hour
- Full time - 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Shift times range between 6am - 4.30pm.
