Full Job Description
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Ensure every meeting, event, and dining experience is flawlessly executed, with a warm and professional touch.
- Lead by Example: Support the daily operations of food services and step in for the Catering Manager when needed.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Maintain Standards: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage, ensuring compliance with food safety and allergen regulations.
- Client Champion: Act as the go-to person for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Team Support: Guide and mentor your team to deliver exceptional hospitality service, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Stock & Supplies: Manage stock levels, handle deliveries, and resolve any issues promptly to keep things running smoothly.
- Contribute to Theme Days: Get creative and help organise and execute themed events that keep our clients coming back for more.
Experienced Supervisor: With at least 1 year in hospitality or catering in a supervisory role, you know how to keep things running like clockwork. - Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using hospitality management software, with a good understanding of food safety and allergen regulations (desirable).
- Cool Under Pressure: You stay calm and collected, even when deadlines are tight and demands are high.
- Can-Do Attitude: Positive, proactive, and always looking for ways to enhance service delivery.
- Team Player: You thrive in a hands-on role, supporting your team and ensuring every detail is taken care of.
