Full Job Description

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to catering staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting catering orders. Sales: Using initiative to maximise sales, Ensuring you can provide our customers with the appropriate knowledge of food items sold throughout. Quality Control: Oversee food presentation ensuring quality and consistency, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Keeping the catering areas and service counters clean and fully stocked. Monitoring the stock in the ambient, chilled and hot service points to keep in line with BaxterStorey health & safety food guidelines Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local ordinances at all catering locations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. Other Duties: Assist in stocktaking as required. To communicate with the Catering Manager to ensure replenishment orders are placed in a timely and efficient manner
