Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to support our senior management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the Catering team at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm.

This is a key role within our Catering team, as a Supervisor you will take full responsibility for leading the team within the food barn and catering outlets around the 100-acre site. We are looking for someone that can motivate the team, delegate tasks and doesn't mind getting stuck in.

Responsibilities:
- To work alongside the Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of business.
- Assist with training new and existing members of staff.
- Assist in the record keeping of staff development, stock ordering on excel and word, plus working with other IT programmes.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Be highly organised and able to use initiative to solve problems.

Experience in a Supervisory role within a catering sector.
- Calm under pressure.
- Supportive team player.
- Barista trained, as will be making a multitude of hot drinks.
- Driving licence.
- Must have valid rights to work in the UK.

This is a full-time position, working alternate weekends + days in the week - which will be discussed at interview stage. Hours of work will be 10am - 5pm (Winter hours may vary).
