+ Oversee the daily activities of the hospitality service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
+ Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
+ Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
+ Monitor and maintain the quality of service and presentation standards.
+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness of facilities.
+ Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
+ Manage guest complaints and feedback, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
+ Assist with various tasks as needed, including food and beverage service, event setup, and housekeeping duties.
+ Be prepared to step in and support the wider catering team where required.
