Full Job Description

Within Gloucestershire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) services with have a well established Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy Team and we are seeking an individual to help with the smooth running of the service. You will support the qualified therapists in therapy interventions as well as help with communication and liaison with the family and professional networks around the young people we work with. This will be a varied role and will provide opportunity to develop a broad range of skills., You will be line managed by one of the Team Managers within Core CAMHS and will have regular clinical supervision from within the CBT Team. You will work across the CBT Clinic joint working and holding cases, under the direction of the wider team. You will have a varied role, depending on the requirements of the Team, but this might range from helping set up and run CBT groups, networking and attending multi-disciplinary meetings, checking in with young people that we work with or doing discrete pieces of clinical work under the supervision and guidance of the CBT team.
