Full Job Description

You will hold a small caseload of clients, providing assessment and treatment for people presenting with common mental health problems. Our treatments are delivered face to face, online via video platforms, and by telephone. We also provide workshops / webinars and computerised CBT (cCBT). Currently our supervisors work across all of Norfolk, delivering the majority of supervision via Microsoft Teams, but as we move towards a more place based model, we expect the supervisors to be based in a community hub, and to work from place for part of their week, combining with online delivery as required for those that prefer Hybrid working. The clinical supervisor role includes having clinical discussions with colleagues in other services, and with secondary care teams in NSFT, ensuring all that we do is client centred, safe and effective. Main Duties: Provide individual clinical supervision to a specific group of CBT therapists and/or trainees Ensure caseload oversight of each supervisee
including reviewing clinical outcomes and client experience. Lead clinically focussed team meetings with Step 3 clinicians. Contribute to the development of the clinical supervision strategy for Step 3 across the service. Contribute to the development of the CPD programme for Step 3 across the service. Take the lead on specific clinical service improvements in collaboration with other team members. Provide CBT to your own caseload of Talking Therapy clients (approx. 1 day per week). Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering supervision to other therapists. We are actively seeking to improve the diversity of the staff team to better reflect the community served and so welcome applications from all who are relevantly qualified.
