- Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments, formulations, and treatments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Manage a clinical caseload in line with operational policy, ensuring consistent high standards of care.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive client care.
- Provide sensitive communication to clients regarding their treatment and progress.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risks effectively.
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision to foster professional growth and clinical excellence. What We're Looking For
- Qualified CBT therapist with BABCP accreditation (or working towards it), or a registered health professional with similar qualifications.
- Experience in delivering CBT interventions within a mental health setting.
