Are you an experienced CBT Therapist or accredited Clinical/Counselling Psychologist who is looking to work with a supportive, forward thinking and understanding employer? Are you about to qualify and looking to consolidate your training?, Working with us you'll provide short-term CBT interventions in person, by phone, and via video platforms. Our dedicated LTC therapists also deliver six month post-discharge reviews and have weekly protected consultation time in order to develop partnerships with physical healthcare teams, making a varied working week. Our team's wellbeing is extremely important to us and we strive to support to you in any way we possibly can to achieve an optimal work-life balance. Development of our staff is key to running our service effectively, and we will invest our time in your professional development. We will support you from day one with a comprehensive induction programme and specific long term conditions training, as well as ongoing support through regular clinical supervision, skills sessions, and continuing professional development. If you're looking to progress we'll support you to deliver excellence to our patients, whether it's supervision training or leadership opportunities.

Predominantly based in the West locality (Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton), with some travel required across West Sussex, we offer flexible hybrid working which can include evenings. We particularly welcome applications from disabled, LGBT+ and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates as we would like our NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies team to reflect the diverse communities we serve.
