Full Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll have direct influence on achievement of sales growth across the South of the UK (roughly £300 million in Sales). Leading and motivating a team of Account Managers & Regional Ceiling Managers to have a deep understanding of our customer proposition, truly understand and interpret our customer requirements and build proposals that offer industry leading solutions.

Leading. You’ll create a high performance culture where your team can be at their best. Building a sustainable people pipeline of talent through proactive coaching and development of colleagues.

Relationship building. Our business is based on relationships; both internally and externally. You’ll focus on building a network of strong supplier and customer partnerships as well as valuable and effective working relationships with the external sales team, branch network and support functions.

Continuous Improvement. We don’t stand still, that’s why we’re number one. You’ll proactively work to continually improve processes and ways of working, enhancing the effectiveness of sales tools and techniques.

Strategic Sales. You’ll develop and implement a strategic regional sales plan, with a focus on sales through service. Collaborating with the senior team to develop sales strategies that align with the company's priorities, KPIs and objectives. Identifying key target markets and customer segments within the sector and developing plans to penetrate and grow market share.

Data Analysis. We’ve got to stay ahead of the market.
