Full Job Description

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Castles & Coasts Services (CCS) Team at CCHA. CCS is our in-house team, which delivers a range of services to our properties and estates. These include responsive and void repairs, electrical servicing, compliance checks and associated works, grounds maintenance and communal area cleaning.

Due to the expansion of the services we deliver in-house, we are looking for a full time Compliance Administrator to join the team. This is a new role that will support the delivery of our Electrical Servicing programme, ensuring that the service is carried out by our electricians within the necessary timescales. You will be responsible for maintaining our bespoke IT system with appointments, visits and certificates. You must be customer focused, a strong team player and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals; while your excellent attention to detail enables you to complete tasks accurately and to a high standard.
