CCTV Supervisor

Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting

Main Duties

-To supervise the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team

-Report and present to the Account manager and Client

-Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units

-Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone

-Input of security and crime incident data into a central database

-Providing a high level of customer service to our client

-Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. £30,000 per annum working a 4 on 4 off/5 on 3 off shift Patten

-Varied shifts of 11 Hours Monday to Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 5:30pm
